Service Description

College issued Mac OS devices are using a Self-Service tool to allow temporary administrator credentials to your Mac OS device, please use this form to request temporary administrator credentials to your device.

Also, any other general issues related to Mac OS support may be requested through this service form.

Who Can Request This Service? 

All WWCC employees.

How Do I Use It?  

If requesting temporary administrator credentials, please provide the name of the software which is prompting administrator credentials. Any other general issues, please provide a detail description for your request and screenshots if available.
