Service Description

Service used to request assistance if there are network connectivity issues. Network issues such as laptop not connecting to Wi-Fi, WWCC-WIFI not accessible, workstation not connecting to network, request for a new device to connect to the network, etc.

Who Can Request This Service?

Faculty and staff may request this service regarding issues with college devices and issues connecting with the network.

Please Note: Students, personal devices can only be connected to WWCC-WIFI using your NetID username and password. If you are unable to connect your personal device to Wi-Fi, try the Knowledge Base article, and if you are still unable to connect your device, please submit a request for assistance.

How Do I Use It?

Please provide a detailed description regarding the type of device you are attempting to connect and the location of where you're attempting to access our network.
