This short guide provides steps on how to reset your Zoom Phone PIN code to listen to your voicemails on your Zoom desktop phone.

Steps

To change your Zoom Phone PIN, you'll need to access your Zoom account settings. Here’s a general guide on how to do it:

  1. Sign In to Zoom: Go to the Zoom web portal (https://zoom.us) and sign in with your credentials.

  2. Phone: In the left sidebar menu, click on Phone. This should bring up options related to Zoom Phone settings.

  3. Change PIN: Look for an option that says PIN Code Show or Edit under the Phone settings section. Click on it.
