About ctcLink
ctcLink provides you with a centralized system to conduct your college business. This system combines student information in a single data set to allow more self-service options and to improve the experience if you are looking to transfer to or from other community and technical colleges within the state.
Your ctcLink account gives you access to the following applications:
- Manage Classes Enrollments: Class Enrollments and registrations
- Financial Aid: Manage financial aid awards and applications.
- Academic Records: View past classes with grades and get unofficial transcripts.
- Profile: View or update personal information
Steps
1. visit https://gateway.ctclink.us
2. Scroll down the page and click on Activate Your Account
3. Next, you will need to enter your First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth and your ctcLink ID.
4. Finally, you will be asked to:
- enter your personal email
- phone number
- create your password for this account
5. After activating your account, please log into ctcLink and verify your Contact Information is up to date.
Troubleshooting
1. What if I get a message that says "Your account has already been activated"?
- Please return to the login screen and select Reset Password and use the email or phone options to reset your account.
2. When activating the account, it says "No account can be found"
- Please check the spelling in name and last name, these fields need to match exactly as when you registered
- Please check the date of birth, if all are correct, please contact admissions at 509.524.5168 to verity your information is correct in the system
