Overview
Walla Walla Community College's phone system is using Zoom Phones, a cloud-based phone system developed by Zoom Video Communications. This article will go over the several ways to access your Zoom phone's voicemail.
Steps
To listen to your Zoom voicemail messages, you can follow these steps:
-
Access Zoom App: Open the Zoom desktop client or mobile app on your device.
-
Navigate to Phone or Voicemail: Look for the section related to phone calls or voicemail. This is typically found in the sidebar menu or under a specific phone tab, depending on the version of the Zoom app you are using.
-
View Voicemail Messages: In the voicemail section, you should see a list of received voicemail messages. Each message usually displays details such as the caller's number or name (if available) and the time of the call.
-
Play Voicemail Message: Click or tap on the voicemail message you want to listen to. There should be an option to play the message directly within the Zoom app interface.
-
Manage Voicemail: After listening to the message, you can typically choose to delete the message, save it, or mark it as unread depending on your preferences and the features available in the app.
