ALL WWCC students, faculty, and staff are designated two accounts, a ctcLink account and a NetID account.
What is a ctcLink Account?
At Walla Walla Community College (WWCC), ctcLink is the online system students, faculty, and staff use to manage essential services. It’s part of a statewide effort to modernize and connect all community and technical colleges in Washington.

What is a NetID Account?
Your NetID is your key to many online and on-campus services at Walla Walla Community College. Once activated, it allows you to connect and log in securely across multiple systems.
- Access Wi-Fi on campus
- Use your WWCC student email
- Log into Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Sign in to campus workstations
- Access library services
- Smartsheet forms
How do I know when to use each account?
A quick way to know when to use each account is to view the difference of the log in screens:
ctcLink Account will provide a screen with the ctcLink logo, this is when to use your ctcLink ID.

NetID Account log in screen will have the label NetID Username.
