ALL WWCC students, faculty, and staff are designated two accounts, a ctcLink account and a NetID account.

What is a ctcLink Account?

At Walla Walla Community College (WWCC), ctcLink is the online system students, faculty, and staff use to manage essential services. It’s part of a statewide effort to modernize and connect all community and technical colleges in Washington.

  • Pay tuition and fees

  • View grades and unofficial transcripts
  • Update your personal information
  • Monitor your academic progress and apply for graduation

What is a NetID Account?

Your NetID is your key to many online and on-campus services at Walla Walla Community College. Once activated, it allows you to connect and log in securely across multiple systems.

  • Access Wi-Fi on campus
  • Use your WWCC student email
  • Log into Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Sign in to campus workstations
  • Access library services
  • Smartsheet forms

How do I know when to use each account?

A quick way to know when to use each account is to view the difference of the log in screens:

ctcLink Account will provide a screen with the ctcLink logo, this is when to use your ctcLink ID.
