PaperCut MF Home Screen
After logging in, users will see the PaperCut Home Screen. From here, they can either release all pending print jobs by selecting "Print All", or choose from other available options such as Print Release, Access Device, or Scan. To log out, users can click the arrow icon next to their name — this will immediately sign them out without any confirmation prompts.

PaperCut MF Print Release
Clicking the Print Release button opens a new screen where users can select either all print jobs or specific ones. Each individual job can be expanded for more options by clicking the arrow next to its name. Once jobs are selected, users have the option to force grayscale or double-sided printing, even if those settings weren’t originally chosen. Jobs can also be deleted using the trash can icon or sent to print by clicking the Print button. A Job Status button is available to monitor the progress of print jobs. This screen also includes a logout icon and adds a home icon to return to the Papercut main page.

Access Device
This is the built-in copy function of the device, which opens after clicking through the Access Device button on the Papercut Home Screen. Options can be chosen for zoom, sort, orientation, quality, color, and number of copies. To log out of the device from this screen, press the yellow physical button to the right of the screen.

PaperCut Scan
Clicking the Scan button opens a dialog displaying the available Papercut scanning options.
- Available options are Scan to my email and Scan to Network Drive.
