Overview
ManageEngine is a Self Service Portal which allows you to install vetted applications without needing admin rights.
Steps
How to find ManageEngine:
1. On your desktop there should be an icon that reads "ManageEngine Endpoint Central 11"
- Double click on the ManageEngine Icon

2. After double clicking on the icon you should see a screen as shown below:

Install an App:
- Click the install button under the actions section of the desired application.
Check Installation Status:
- Look under the "remarks" section.
- If nothing is there, scroll right to find the "Installed At" and "Last Action - status" sections.
- "Installed At" shows when and what time the download took place.
- "Last Action - status" indicates if the installation was successful.
Troubleshooting
- If an app is not visible on the portal, click on the Refresh button, top-right corner to update the list of available applications.
