This article is intended to guide you in finding the two accounts needed here at Walla Walla Community College.

Overview

All employees and students of Walla Walla Community College are required to activate two accounts.

Steps

1. Visit www.wwcc.edu/netid and click on Account Recovery

What is my ctclink ID and wwcc netid

2. Then enter your preferred ctcLink email address, which was used when registering to Walla Walla Community College.

3. Your account details will be sent to your personal email including your ctcLink account and your NetID user name.

Troubleshooting

1. Please allow up to 15 minutes for the email to arrive to your inbox.

2. If the email has not arrived during that time, please check your Junk folder.

3. If unable to find your email, please give our Help Desk a call at 509.527.4357, Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm.
