NetID Account Activation 
💬 How do I find out what my NetID is?
💡  Navigate to the Accounts and Passwords and select Look Up My Credentials. Enter your personal email set as Preferred in ctcLink. 
💬 I've entered my personal email in Look Up My Credentials, and not getting a link 
💡  Activation links are delivered to the Preferred email set in ctcLink, please check your Profile in ctcLink, and select Contact Details.
💬 I've updated my email in ctcLink and not getting the activation link
💡  Updating your Preferred email in ctcLink will take up to 24 hours to update, please allow this time to pass and then try again.
💬 I get a message, activation link will be sent to WWCC student email
💡  Please disregard message, activation link will also be sent to your Preferred email in ctcLink.  
💡 Tip
Check for any Type-O's in your personal email when using the Look Up My Credentials.
 
NetID Password Reset
💬 How can I reset my NetID password?
💡  At the NetID login page, enter your NetID username first, then at the password field, look for "Forgot password." Follow the prompt to send an email to your Preferred email on file.  
💬 Password reset link says it will be sent to my WWCC student email address
💡  Please disregard that message, password links are delivered to the Preferred email set in ctcLink, please check your Profile in ctcLink, and select Contact Details to confirm where the email is being delivered to. 
💡 Tip
If you have entered your NetID username and don't see your username below the "Verify with your password message," please go Back to sign in, there is a type-o on your username, your NetID username MUST display below the "Verify with your password" message

Two Factor Authentication Issues 
💬 Changed phone number, how do I change SMS two-factor to new phone number? 
💡  If you're old phone number was the only source for two-factor authentication, please submit a support ticket to remove the old number and you'll be able to add your new number. 
💬 Changed devices and now the Okta Verify app does not work
💡  Changing devices and not having access to the old device will require a support ticket to remove the old device, then you'll be able to add the new device to the Okta Verify app.
