Overview
Students can log into the PaperCut portal to view their credit balance, change their PIN number, and view their PaperCut ID number as well.
Steps
Log into MyWWCC
- Visit www.wwcc.edu/mywwcc (or from our main site www.wwcc.edu, select Login and choose MyWWCC)
- Once logged into the MyWWCC portal, select the PaperCut (WWCC Printing) tile.
Note: Only active students can view this tile in their MyWWCC portal.
Papercut Login
- At the PaperCut login window, please use your NetID credentials to log into your PaperCut web portal.
Note: Please recall your NetID credentials are the same used to log into your WWCC student email account or log into PCs on campus.
PaperCut Dashboard
- When logged into the PaperCut dashboard, users can view a summary of their account among other features.
- PaperCut ID number (hidden by default, show must be selected to reveal ID number).
- Available balance to print.
Note: If no credits are available and a print job is sent, users will be notified of no available credits at the printer location when attempting to release the print job.
- History of print jobs
- History of pages printed
Update ID PIN Number
Users can also change/update their PaperCut ID PIN numbers from the PaperCut web portal.
- From the PaperCut portal, locate the Change Details.
- Enter new PIN and verify PIN number.
Troubleshooting
- If unable to see the PaperCut tile in MyWWCC, please note the tile is only available to active students.
