Overview
Steps on installing and running Respondus lockdown browser.
NOTE: Please note that you need to run the LockDown Browser after it is installed, and use it to log into Canvas to take your exam.
Steps
- Install Lockdown browser from canvas when instructed by your professor
- Search for Respondus Lockdown Browser on your computer
- Open the app
- If you have any notifications it will ask you to close them
- If you have any browser windows open it will ask to close them
- Once Respondus Lockdown Browser opens it will ask for your ctclink ID and password
- Find the class you need to take a test in
- Begin your test
Troubleshooting
With the latest version of Lockdown browser you need to open the browser and go to your test. If you are still having issues please feel free to submit a ticket at: https://wwcc.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/266/Portal/Home/
