Guide on how to install Adobe Creative Cloud for students in classes requiring Adobe products

Overview 

IMPORTANT: This guide is intended to be used by students who are enrolled in classes, which require the use of Adobe products such as Photoshop or Illustrator, and have been granted Adobe licenses for such classes.

Steps

  1. To download Adobe Creative Cloud, visit the following link and choose Download Creative Cloud:

  2. Once the file has been downloaded and executed, please choose Continue and wait for the installation to complete.

  3. After the installation is complete, you'll be asked to Sign In. IMPORTANT: You'll need to use your WWCC student email and choose continue.

  4. Select the Company or School Account for type of account.

  5. After entering your WWCC Student email, you'll be directed to the Single Sign On page, please use your NetID Username and password.

  6. Once you have authenticated with your NetID and password, Creative Cloud app will open and show the available apps to install

Troubleshooting

  • Please note that you need to be enrolled in a class requiring the use of Adobe products.
  •  Use your WWCC student email to log into Adobe Sign in (e.g., john.t.warrior@student.wwcc.edu).
  • NetID is the username and password used to log into your WWCC student email.
